Class R Shares
Class R shares are intended for individual investors, partnerships, corporations and other accounts that have diversified investment needs. They may be purchased through your broker or directly from the fund. Class R shares are only available in the RCB Small Cap Value Fund.
Class S Shares
Class S shares are retail shares of the Fund and are intended for investors who have accounts with City National Bank. Class S Shares are primarily designed as "Sweep" shares - by which investors are able to invest deposited funds overnight or for short periods of time.
